Access to a secure client project workspace is personal, confidential and provided solely for the matter to which it relates. One-time access codes and workspace links are issued to a specific email address and must not be shared. You are responsible for keeping your email account and any device on which you choose to remain signed in secure, and for notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you submit, and you confirm that you are entitled to disclose them to us. Suggested answers generated with automated assistance are provisional and must be reviewed and confirmed by you.

• Do not share access codes, workspace links or session-enabled devices
• Submit only information and documents you are entitled to disclose
• Review and confirm every automatically suggested answer before submission
• Submitting a questionnaire does not create an engagement or a client relationship
• No advice is given, and no advisory relationship arises, until a written engagement is agreed
• We may suspend workspace access where misuse, security concerns or legal obligations require it
