Why Rent Your Software When You Can Own It?
SAMF Core can be licensed under an Enterprise Perpetual Software License — deployed and operated under your control — rather than only rented through a SaaS subscription. Source-code access is available by agreement.
Every organization has different commercial objectives.
Some prioritize rapid deployment and operational flexibility.
Others prefer long-term ownership and control.
SAMF Core supports both.
Two ways to deploy SAMF Core
Enterprise Custom Terms
Tailored commercial terms for complex requirements.
Organizations with specific commercial, operational, or multi-entity requirements can negotiate a custom enterprise agreement covering licensing, implementation, professional services, and ongoing support.

- Platform implementation
- Configuration services
- Custom branding
- Third-party integrations

Scope, pricing, service levels, and commercial terms are defined in a custom enterprise agreement based on project requirements.
Enterprise Perpetual Software License

Organizations acquire a perpetual software license and operate SAMF Core under their own brand while retaining long-term technology independence.

Every deployment is unique.
We tailor every proposal based on your business model, required functionality, deployment model, integrations, customization requirements, and implementation scope to ensure SAMF Core aligns with your long-term objectives.
Perpetual licensing, deployment control and intellectual property — clearly separated.
"Owning" SAMF Core means holding a permanent licence to use, deploy and extend the software. It is not the same as acquiring Swiss AMF's underlying intellectual property.
Perpetual software licence
A one-time enterprise licence fee grants a permanent, non-expiring right to use SAMF Core for your business, with no rental dependency on Swiss AMF.
Deployment & control rights
Deploy in your own cloud, private infrastructure or a hosting partner of your choice. You control environments, data residency and operational governance.
Customization rights
Configure, extend and integrate the platform: branding, workflows, products, provider connections and bespoke modules built to your business logic.
Support & maintenance
Updates, security maintenance and technical support are provided under a separate support agreement, so the licence and the service level remain distinct.
Source-code access
Source-code access may be included depending on the engagement and is granted where separately agreed, under defined escrow, confidentiality and usage terms.
IP ownership vs. licensing
A perpetual licence does not automatically transfer all underlying intellectual-property rights. Swiss AMF retains its IP unless a wider transfer is specifically agreed contractually.
