SAMFCore does not charge per transaction or take a percentage of transaction fees or transaction revenue. Third-party banking, payment, card, custody and other provider charges remain separate.
Provider and infrastructure charges may scale with usage. Hosting, implementation and support are separate from software licence fees. A perpetual licence does not transfer Swiss AMF AG’s underlying intellectual property.
Migration is included only with Enterprise Global, within agreed implementation scope. Progressive Cutover Migration
Additional Legal Entities
- 1 legal entity is included in the selected primary licence.
- First additional legal entity under common ownership/control: +40% of the selected primary licence price.
- Each further additional legal entity under common ownership/control: +25% of the selected primary licence price.
- These percentages do not compound.
- Unrelated companies require a separate licence.
Three legal entities: primary licence price × (1 + 0.40 + 0.25) = 1.65 × primary licence price.
Enterprise Global Payment Option
- Total licence price: €790,000.
- Full Source Code is included with the Enterprise Global licence.
