If the introduced customer enters into an eligible SAMFCore licence transaction and Swiss AMF receives payment, you receive 10% of the eligible licence revenue actually received.
Example
A simple commission example
You introduce a customer who purchases a SAMFCore perpetual licence for CHF 325,000. Swiss AMF receives CHF 325,000 in cleared funds.
Your commission
10% = CHF 32,500
If the customer pays in instalments, the commission is paid proportionately as Swiss AMF receives the instalments. For example, the customer pays a first instalment of CHF 130,000 — your commission is CHF 13,000. When later instalments are received, the corresponding 10% commission becomes payable.
Eligibility
What counts as an eligible introduction
- is first introduced to Swiss AMF by the Introducer;
- is not already an existing Swiss AMF or SAMFCore customer;
- is not already in active discussions with Swiss AMF regarding SAMFCore;
- is identified clearly enough for Swiss AMF to register the introduction;
- enters into an eligible SAMFCore licence transaction within 12 months after the accepted introduction.
If a prospect has already been introduced, is already known to Swiss AMF, is already a customer, or is already in active discussions with Swiss AMF regarding SAMFCore, no commission is payable unless Swiss AMF expressly confirms otherwise. Where more than one introducer claims the same prospect, the first valid introduction accepted and recorded by Swiss AMF will normally receive attribution.

How to prove an introduction
An introduction is treated as yours where there is clear written evidence linking you, the prospect and Swiss AMF. Any of these four methods works:
Email introduction
Send an email to marvin.rowe@swissamf.com with the prospect in the same thread, clearly identifying the prospect and stating that you are introducing them to Swiss AMF regarding SAMFCore.
WhatsApp group
Create or join a group that includes you, Marvin Rowe / Swiss AMF and the prospect, making clear that the parties are being introduced in connection with SAMFCore. A screenshot or message export can serve as evidence.
Introducer portal
Register the prospect through the form on this page. The submission records your Introducer ID, the prospect details and the date and time, and Swiss AMF confirms whether it is accepted.
Other agreed method
Another messaging platform, a group chat, a written message copied to Swiss AMF, or an online meeting introduction — where Swiss AMF agrees the method is acceptable. Ask Swiss AMF to confirm the introduction has been registered.
Swiss AMF’s written confirmation that a prospect has been registered to you is the primary evidence of attribution under the Program. Evidence alone is not enough: Swiss AMF must also confirm that the prospect was not already a customer, not already in active SAMFCore discussions and not already attributed to another introducer.
Where two people claim the same prospect, the first valid introduction supported by written evidence and accepted by Swiss AMF will normally receive attribution. An oral statement that a prospect was introduced is not, by itself, sufficient evidence unless Swiss AMF confirms the introduction in writing, so keep your written evidence until all commission matters are resolved.
The confirmed introduction date starts the 12-month attribution period. The prospect should be visibly part of the introduction — copied into the email, included in the group, or present at the meeting.
