SAMFCore Is Bringing AI Into Everyday Financial Operations

SAMFCore’s next planned release brings AI directly into the Admin Panel—helping teams detect unusual activity, investigate alerts, onboard customers faster and manage ongoing compliance with less manual work.

The programme combines nine compliance enhancements with an integrated Admin and Policy Help Assistant. These capabilities are planned for availability to SAMFCore customers, with a target release before February 2027.

  • Planned capability

    Admin and Policy Help Assistant

Answer questions about platform features and your organisation’s approved policies, with supporting references.

Guided by your policies and improved by your experts

Your administrators will be able to upload revised AML manuals, risk assessments, compliance plans and other important documents for approval. The AI will use the applicable approved versions and reference the sections supporting its answers.

Staff will also be able to propose corrections to AI results. The designated compliance officer must approve those corrections before they take effect, with separate approval and testing before they become guidance for future results.

Intelligence with evidence and accountability

The aim is practical: less time gathering information, fewer repetitive tasks and more time for informed decisions. Findings will link to supporting records, missing information will be identified, and authorised staff will retain control over consequential decisions.

Combined with SAMFCore’s banking, payments, cards and crypto capabilities, this programme is designed to give financial businesses the most powerful platform for operating and scaling with AI built into their daily workflows.
